I'm still trying to get over the Toronto Blue Jays' heartbreaking World Series loss to the Dodgers. When I'm not watching or writing about sports, I love travelling the world, exploring new places, and trying delicious food from different cultures. Sports and travel are two of my biggest passions, and I'm always looking forward to the next game, destination, or great meal.

I’ll never forget watching the Blue Jays blow the World Series by squandering every opportunity imaginable. It was one of the biggest collapses we’ve ever seen in sports. There were so many things that had to go wrong for the Jays to lose, and unfortunately it happened. That moment really puts into perspective how tough it is for your team to win it all. It makes you enjoy the time when it happens, since you never know when they’ll get that close again.

Q&A With Frank Ammirante

Below are some additional questions and answers about Frank Ammirante and what has led him to pursue content writing in the sports betting space.

  • What inspired you to write about sports?

I’ve always enjoyed writing in general and discussing sports with my friends in group chats on our phones. So one day I decided, why not turn this into content? I created a Twitter account, posted my opinions, and turned a sports writing career into reality.

  • What’s your favorite sport to watch and why?

I like watching football most, especially the NFL. There’s nothing like an NFL Sunday. Plus, with the season much shorter than other sports, it makes every game mean that much more.

  • Which athlete do you admire most?

Growing up, I was always a huge fan of Steve Yzerman. He’s basically everything you’re looking for in a strong leader. The way he played through injury to help the Wings win the Cup 20+ years ago was so impressive.

  • How do you stay up to date on sports news?

I’m always logged into X, scrolling to see the latest news and opinions. It’s the best way to keep up in the wild world of sports.
