I think Betway is up there as one of the best sportsbooks available to Canadian bettors.

Betway's welcome bonus is one area where they don’t particularly stand out. They offer a $300 Matched Deposit, which is a massive amount. Typically, the industry standard is $100 to $200. However, in my opinion, their terms and conditions are restrictive, and many bettors may not end up seeing any of that money hit their withdrawable balance. This is due to the high rollover rate, and the short time bettors have to use the bonus.

Betway has a lot of different bonuses that can pay off in several different sports, and I like that their selection of bonus options is seasonally based. Their promotion page changes based on the sporting events being played, so it gives bettors some additional excitement.

I found Betway sports coverage and markets perfect for what I look for in an operator. They have every league I would bet on, like the NHL, NBA, NFL, NCAA, MLB, and every major soccer league. There are no major holes in their sports coverage unless you’re a fan of an extremely niche sport. But for the typical Canadian bettor such as myself, their markets and sports offered are top-notch.

Banking with Betway was easy and fast. They have a huge variety of payment methods, and the money heads straight to your account. Withdrawals take a bit longer, but this is the norm in the industry so it didn’t come as any shock to me. I used debit to gamble with Betway, and it was a smooth process throughout.

Betway customer support is also extremely high-quality.  My lone complaint with this area would be how hard it is to access the Live Chat. But considering how helpful their Help Center page is, most people won’t even need to access the live chat.

If you haven’t found your answers, check out their live chat. It’s a little hard to find, but once you do, it is very useful. I was connected with an automated associate, and then eventually a real representative, quite quickly. While I wish it was easier to access, the representative was friendly and helpful and would be an asset to anyone experiencing issues.

Overall, I’d give Betway customer support a glowing review due to the sheer amount of options available, and the helpfulness of all of them. I’d particularly recommend their help center as a great place to start.
