Everybody knows the Las Vegas Raiders are going to select Indiana standout QB Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 overall pick when the 2026 NFL Draft gets underway in Pittsburgh on April 23. But after that, things start getting pretty murky.
We’ve already taken a look at the odds on which player the New York Jets are going to select with the No. 2 overall pick: it’s a two-horse race between David Bailey and Arvel Reese. And at the top of the odds board, the options for who the Arizona Cardinals will take with the No. 3 overall pick are pretty similar.
But unlike with the NFL betting futures market for the No. 2 pick, where Reese and Bailey are the only ones with odds shorter than +10,000, the No. 3 pick seems much more up for grabs, with 12 players boasting +10,000 odds or less. We take a look at the favorites for this future and we’ve got you covered with the top NFL betting odds too, of course.
Highlights
- The Arizona Cardinals hold the No. 3 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft
- David Bailey and Arvell Reese are again the favorites at +200 and +150 odds, respectively
- Notre Dame RB Jeremiyah Love is also very much in the mix at +300

The Favorite: Arvell Reese, Linebacker, Ohio State (+150)
We believe David Bailey will go No. 2 to the New York Jets, so Arvell Reese as the favorite here makes sense. However, we don’t think the Cardinals are going to draft Reese. They would likely take Bailey if he fell to No. 3. But all the smoke surrounding the Cardinals is about another of the top players on this odds board.
The Best of the Rest: Jeremiyah Love, Running Back, Notre Dame (+300)
Jeremiyah Love is about as good a running back prospect as you’re going to see. If this was 30-40 years ago, he would likely be a shoo-in for the top pick. He can run with speed, with power, he can catch, and he can block. And despite the Cardinals still having James Conner and Tyler Allgeier, two solid veterans, the opportunity for a talent like Love just doesn’t come around all that often.
Everything you read online over the last week suggests that either the Cardinals will draft Love straight out and that is a real possibility, as reported by several long-time Cardinals beat writers or they will try to trade down with a team that is even more likely to select the exciting offensive weapon. Either way, Love seems like the smart play here, and those +300 odds are none too shabby either.
Darkhorse Candidate: Francis Mauigoa, Offensive Tackle, Miami (+650)
The other option we like if the Cardinals do end up standing pat is the top offensive tackle in the class: Miami’s Francis Mauigoa. Arizona has one of the worst offensive lines in the league, and we’d expect them to spend draft capital at offensive tackle if not once then twice within the first two days of the draft. With four OTs in the top 12 on the odds board for this future, it’s clearly a position where sports betting sites believe the Cardinals will look. If Arizona keeps this pick, the value on Mauigoa here is really good.
