Tuesday, June 23, will bring another four World Cup matches, and two giants will be in action. Portugal will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing draw on matchday one as they face debutants Uzbekistan, while England is searching for another three points against Ghana after their four-goal display.
Elsewhere, Panama and Croatia lock horns in the evening, followed by a meeting between Colombia and DR Congo in Guadalajara, rounding out the schedule.

Top Picks for World Cup Day 13 | June 23
Portugal vs Uzbekistan
Portugal to Win Nil (-133)
Portugal is considered one of the favorites to potentially win the World Cup, but they looked poor in their opening match. After scoring the first goal of the fixture against Congo, Selecao took their foot off the gas pedal and struggled to find another breakthrough. However, we cannot ignore the quality in this side, and frankly, Uzbekistan should be an absolute breeze for Roberto Martinez's men. Portugal controlled 75% of the ball against Congo, and this will be another possession-heavy game for them. Uzbekistan conceded three goals to Colombia on matchday one, and Portugal's loaded attack will prove too much. Expect Bruno Fernandes to also get in on the action and open his World Cup account.
🗸 Long Shot: Portugal Over 2.5 Goals (-105)
🗸 Extra Tip: Bruno Fernandes Anytime Goal (+140)
England vs Ghana
England to Win Nil (-133)
The Three Lions ran riot on Croatia last week in Dallas, putting four past the Checkered Ones in a phenomenal attacking display. Thomas Tuchel's second-half substitutions proved to be key, and England is absolutely rolling so far. While they did concede twice to Croatia, Ghana struggled to muster up any clear opportunities for 94 minutes against Panama before scoring a last-gasp winner. Yes, the Three Lions definitely looked vulnerable at times against the Croatians, but I believe they will clean it up and keep Antoine Semenyo and Co. at bay on Tuesday. Harry Kane has already netted twice in this tournament, and the England talisman should have no issues adding a third. Ghana has been poor at the back leading up to the World Cup, conceding at least twice in three of their final four games before the tournament.
🗸 Long Shot: England 3+ Goals (+105)
🗸 Extra Tip: Harry Kane Anytime Goal (-141)
Panama vs Croatia
Under 2.5 Goals (-116)
Both of these teams lost their opening fixtures; therefore, a victory is absolutely key if progressing to the knockout stages is going to become a reality. There's no question Croatia is the superior side here, but I'm focusing on the total market instead. While the Checkered Ones shipped four against England, Panama does not possess nearly the same attacking qualities, and I expect the Croatians to be much better defensively. Panama's backline was also impressive against Ghana, despite conceding at the death. This will be a low-scoring affair at the Toronto Stadium, but you will see Croatia come out on the winning end. Given Panama's lack of finishing in the final third, Dominik Livakovic could even secure a clean sheet as well.
🗸 Long Shot: Croatia to Keep a Clean Sheet (+105)
🗸 Extra Tip: Croatia Moneyline (-182)
Colombia vs DR Congo
Both Teams to Score (+135)
Colombia's talented attack put their abilities on full display against Uzbekistan, scoring three fine goals. The likes of Luis Diaz, Luis Suarez, and James Rodriguez should cause problems for Congo, and I expect them to get on the scoresheet. However, the Colombians aren't the most stable defensively. They conceded to debutants Uzbekistan, and have allowed at least one goal in five of their last six games. The Congolese, meanwhile, have some Premier League quality in their squad, and Yoane Wissa is the main man I'm looking at to potentially score another after bagging a goal against Portugal. We will see goals in this encounter.
🗸 Long Shot: Yoane Wissa Anytime Goal (+350)
🗸 Extra Tip: Luis Diaz Anytime Goal (+140)

World Cup 2026: Uzbekistan vs Portugal Odds, Best Bets & Prediction
Portugal were held to a surprise 1-1 draw by DR Congo in matchday one, leaving Roberto Martínez’s side with points to prove against World Cup debutants Uzbekistan. The squad quality gap is enormous, but so was the gap against DR Congo, and Portugal still failed to win. Over 2.5 goals at 1.60 is the standout market.

World Cup 2026: Croatia vs Panama Odds, Best Bets & Prediction
Croatia and Panama arrive at BMO Field in Toronto having both lost their matchday one fixtures in Group L. Croatia’s 2-4 defeat to England and Panama’s stoppage-time 0-1 loss to Ghana set up a straight elimination contest on June 23: the loser’s World Cup campaign is effectively over.
