Chelsea vs Manchester United Odds

There’s no clear favorite here at soccer betting sportsbooks. Chelsea sits at +127 on the moneyline, while United returns at +210. A draw is priced at +260, while the O/U is set at three goals.

United won the reverse fixture 2-1 in September, but the Blues were unbeaten across three prior meetings.

Chelsea vs Manchester United Analysis

For a club of Chelsea’s stature, it’s safe to say the 2025-26 campaign has been a disappointing one. The Blues are sitting in sixth place, and it’s becoming increasingly likely they won’t be playing Champions League football next term. The London outfit has just 48 points, seven points behind Aston Villa and Manchester United, who currently occupy third and fourth, respectively.

Liam Rosenior’s men are in poor form heading into Saturday’s crucial fixture. They’ve lost five of their last six games across all competitions, with their only win during that span coming in the FA Cup against Port Vale. PSG embarrassed them in the UCL Round of 16, and Man City did the same last weekend at Stamford Bridge, beating them 3-0. Needless to say, time is running out to make a jump into the top four.

Michael Carrick has clearly made a huge difference for United since he came in as the new boss in place of Ruben Amorim, helping propel the club into a Champions League spot. However, the Red Devils have also hit a tough spell of form in recent weeks. They’ve only won once in their last four Premier League games, losing to Newcastle and Leeds during that span, while settling for a point against Bournemouth.

Nevertheless, Man United still has every opportunity to stay in third if they can get their act together. There couldn’t be a better time for them to face Chelsea given how poorly they’re playing, but two straight defeats at Stamford Bridge is a cause for concern. The visitors have also struggled on the road this term, compiling 5-7-4 record compared to a 10-3-3 mark at Old Trafford.

Chelsea vs Manchester United Injury News

Chelsea remain without Reece James (hamstring), Levi Colwill (knee), Jamie Bynoe-Gittens (thigh), Filip Jorgensen (groin), and Mykhaylo Mudryk (suspension), while Trevoh Chalobah (ankle) is close but unlikely to return in time. Benoit Badiashile (illness) will be assessed ahead of kickoff. Enzo Fernandez, meanwhile, is eligible to return from suspension.

Man United are missing Lisandro Martinez and Harry Maguire due to suspension, with Maguire serving an additional ban, while Matthijs de Ligt (back) remains sidelined through injury. Kobbie Mainoo is also a doubt after missing the Leeds loss with a knock.

Chelsea vs Manchester United Picks

Both of these sides aren’t at their best right now, which could make for a cagey affair. Six of the last 11 meetings have ended level, and I’ll take these two to share the spoils once again on Saturday in London.
