PSG vs Barcelona Odds

Soccer betting sites aren’t separating these two sides by much. Barcelona has +141 odds, while PSG sits at +142. A draw is priced at +330. We’re also seeing a very high total of 4.5 goals.

This will be the 12th Champions League meeting between the European giants. Paris ran out 2-1 winners last season in the league phase at Camp Nou. In fact, they’ve tasted defeat just once in the previous five meetings.

PSG vs Barcelona Analysis

The Champions League holders haven’t been the most consistent domestically, but they’re flying high in Europe. Luis Enrique’s men hammered Slovan Bratislava 6-1 on matchday one before  taking care of business against Manchester Ciy last Wednesday, handing the English giants their first defeat of 2026-27. Paris came out firing on all cylinders at the Etihad, going three goals to the good by the 32nd minute, courtesy of goals from Desire Doue, Ousmane Dembele, and Vitinha.

Erling Haaland did score a second half brace, but another PSG goal in the 62nd minute sealed the deal for the visitors. Enrique’s squad then beat Strasbourg by two goals on Saturday, extending their winning run to six games. Barcelona will be arguably their toughest test yet, but the reigning champions are certainly up for the task, and playing on home turf is undoubtedly an advantage.

Barca is arguably the best team in the world right now given their electrifying record. Hansi Flick’s group is a perfect 9-0-0 in LaLiga, and they’ve yet to drop a point in the Champions League, or in any competition, for that matter. The Catalans have bagged an astounding 39 league goals, and another nine in Europe in just two matches.

Despite conceding first to Galatasaray last week, Barcelona proceeded to make quick work of the Turkish giants, responding with four unanswered goals, with four different players finding the back of the net. Flick’s squad once again showed their attacking depth on Saturday, as five players scored as well. Ahead of El Clasico on Sunday, this will be an important clash to prepare them for Real Madrid.

PSG vs Barcelona Injury News

PSG have a significant injury concern ahead of Tuesday, with Nuno Mendes expected to miss out after suffering a thigh injury against Strasbourg. Senny Mayulu and Alessandro Longoni have also been dealing with minor fitness issues, although Mayulu has returned to training.

Barcelona will be without Jules Kounde (ankle) and Eric Garcia (thigh), both of whom sustained injuries against Real Betis. Andreas Christensen (thigh) and Roony Bardghji (knee) remain sidelined, while Gerard Martin (ankle) and Gabriel Jesus (knock) are fitness concerns. Raphinha has returned from injury and could feature, which could give Barca’s attack a huge boost.

PSG vs Barcelona Picks

Barca are set to be without some key defensive pieces against a star-studded PSG side thas has hit their stride. I expect this to be a highly entertaining affair, but the visitors could struggle to contain the reigning champions on their home turf. I'll back PSG to hand Barcelona their first defeat of the campaign.
