UFC Winnipeg: Burns vs. Malott Parlay, Best Bets, & Odds

Public Domain
After a big night of exciting fights and finishes at UFC 327 last week, the UFC returns to regularly scheduled programming with a very, very light main card at UFC Winnipeg on Saturday night. It’s the promotion’s first visit to the Manitoba capital in nine years, and their third trip overall. But apart from the Gilbert Burns-Mike Malott main event, they’re not blessing the Canada Life Centre with much quality.
In the co-main event, foundering bantamweight Kyler Phillips takes on Canadian darling Charles Jourdain. Lightweight Jai Herbert will also take on a Canadian graduate of Dana White’s Contender Series in Mandel Nallo. Wrapping up the first half of this six-fight main card is a top 10 matchup between women’s flyweight No. 7 Jasmine Jasudavicius and No. 9 Karine Silva.
Read on for the top UFC betting odds in Canada, as well as our analysis and predictions for those three main card fights and our best bets for each scrap to create our UFC Winnipeg parlay.
Highlights
- Charles Jourdain is 2-0 with two submission wins since moving down to bantamweight
- Mandel Nallo is making his proper UFC debut after a Contender Series win in September
- Jasmine Jasudavicius had won 5 straight fights before losing to Manon Fiorot in October

UFC WINNIPEG MAIN CARD PARLAY:

- Parlay Odds: +550 ($10 bet pays $65)
Kyler Phillips vs. Charles Jourdain Bantamweight Bout Betting Odds
| Fighter | Moneyline | Spread | Rounds | Win by Decision | Win by KO/TKO/DQ | Win by Submission | Go the Distance |
| Kyler Phillips | +115 | +3.5 (-170) | O2.5 (-170) | +250 | +600 | +750 | Yes (-140) |
| Charles Jourdain | -135 | -3.5 (+135) | U2.5 (+135) | +185 | +500 | +600 | No (+110) |
Since moving down to 135 pounds in late 2024, Canadian Charles Jourdain (17-8-1) has looked dominant. He’s guillotined both Davey Clark and Victor Henry in the first two rounds, and now he has a chance to really position himself for a move into the top 15 in the bantamweight division with a win in his home country over a struggling Kyler Phillips (12-4).
“The Matrix” has lost his last two straight fights, and his reliance on level-changing to keep his opponents guessing will play right into Jourdain’s two main weapons: that guillotine, and his patented flying knee. “Une victoire” for the Beloeil, Quebec native seems like the right bet.
Best Bet: Charles Jourdain Moneyline (-135)
Mandel Nallo vs. Jai Herbert Lightweight Bout Betting Odds
| Fighter | Moneyline | Spread | Rounds | Win by Decision | Win by KO/TKO/DQ | Win by Submission | Go the Distance |
| Mandel Nallo | -170 | -3.5 (-140) | O2.5 (+122) | +400 | +220 | +375 | Yes (+160) |
| Jai Herbert | +145 | +3.5 (+110) | U2.5 (-155) | +350 | +390 | +1,650 | No (-210) |
Vancouver native Mandel Nallo (14-3, 1 NC) won in about as impressive a fashion as you can during Dana White’s Contender Series back in September. But even still, experienced Englishman Jai Herbert (13-6-1) seems like too big a step up here for Nallo. Herbert has only won one of his last four fights, but we think his experience and caution will be enough to keep Nallo at bay here. Not every Canadian on the card can get a win, after all.
Best Bet: Jai Herbert Moneyline (+145)
No. 7 Jasmine Jasudavicius vs. No. 9 Karine Silva Women’s Flyweight Bout Betting Odds
| Fighter | Moneyline | Spread | Rounds | Win by Decision | Win by KO/TKO/DQ | Win by Submission | Go the Distance |
| Jasmine Jasudavicius | -325 | -3.5 (-110) | O2.5 (-290) | -150 | +1,100 | +500 | Yes (-235) |
| Karine Silva | +260 | +3.5 (-120) | U2.5 (+220) | +575 | +1,300 | +700 | No (+180) |
Jasmine Jasudavicius (14-4) had won five straight fights before Manon Fiorot put her back in her proverbial place back in October. But Jasudavicius, who fights out of St. Catharines, Ontario, is getting an opponent in Karine Silva (19-6) that has also lost two of her last three. Jasudavicius knows how to protect herself and she’s better on the feet than Silva. But Silva hasn’t been finished since 2017, so we like the odds on the method of victory prop for the canuck here.
Best Bet: Jasmine Jasudavicius to Win by Decision (-150)
