Pistons vs. Cavaliers Game 4 Betting Prediction
The Cavaliers squeaked out that Game 3 victory in large part thanks to veteran James Harden’s clutch buckets in the last couple of minutes of the game and Cade Cunningham’s uncharacteristic eight turnovers. They really didn’t play well. They shot 64 percent from the charity stripe, they were out-scored 60-54 in the paint, and out-rebounded by a whopping 17-5 margin on the offensive glass.
And they still won. If they can play a proper game at home, which they have generally done so far this postseason, they have the talent to get right back in this series and tie it up 2-2 in Game 4. That will come down largely to their twin towers: Jarrett Allen and Evan Mobley. The pair has been disappointing so far; a team with a pair of seven-foot stars shouldn’t be out-done on the offensive boards 17-5.
Allen is averaging 14.0 points and 4.7 rebounds a game while Mobley’s only chipping in 12.0 and 6.0. We think they will take heart from that gritty Game 3 win and step up to support that dynamic duo in the Cavs backcourt.
Best Bet: Cleveland Cavaliers Moneyline (-165)
Pistons vs. Cavaliers Game 4 - Player Prop Best Bets
Cade Cunningham has been absolutely shootin’ that thang during these playoffs. He’s the playoff leader with 30.2 points per game so far, and his 21.6 field goal attempts pace the league as well. He’s got the green light, and it’s not going to be turned off for Game 4. He’s scored 25+ points in nine of 10 games during these playoffs, so we’re all over his -170 odds to reach that milestone on Monday night.
On the Cavs side, James Harden has been a bit of an enigma in terms of his offensive output. He’s been very up and down through 10 playoff games. However, what has been surprisingly consistent is his performance on the boards. Harden has posted 6+ rebounds in five of his last six games, and we expect him to continue playing big minutes, which will give him lots of opportunities on the glass.
Best Bet
- Cade Cunningham To Score 25+ Points (-170)
- James Harden To Record 5+ Rebounds (-150)
