They had three teams reach 12 wins or more during the regular season, all three won at least one playoff game, they had both NFC Championship participants, and the Super Bowl winner. But can they repeat that much success in 2026? And can the Cardinals win a game and get in on the fun?

2026 NFC West Over/Under Win Totals - Betting Odds

Los Angeles Rams

These are by far the biggest numbers for any team in the league. We love the Rams this year, but oddsmakers don’t want us to. They’ve taken all the value out of it. With the roster they have, if they avoid injury to Matthew Stafford and Myles Garrett, they’re going to win double-digit games, guaranteed.

We can see them losing one apiece to the Seahawks and 49ers. But apart from that, the only losable games on their schedule are Weeks 3-5 when they play at Denver, at Philly, and then host Buffalo in a three-week span. If they lose all of those, they’d still go 12-5. It’s not often you can’t even get plus odds on a team to win 12+ games, but we’ll grin and bear it at -125.

Best Bet: Los Angeles Rams Over 11.5 Wins (-125)

Seattle Seahawks

The Super Bowl champs have played the bridesmaid to the Rams this offseason, but they’re probably fine with that. Their defence is still great, their offensive line is solid, and they still have Jaxon Smith-Njigba. Seattle should be able to get four wins from their own division and five from the AFC West and NFC East. Additional games against the Bears, Patriots, and Panthers should give them at least two more to get to 11.

Best Bet: Seattle Seahawks Over 10.5 Wins (-115)

San Francisco 49ers

Our biggest win in this preseason over/under win total series last year came on our prediction for San Francisco to win 12 games. They hit it right on the button. And while we think they’ll win slightly fewer games this time around, we’re still confident they’ll be a playoff team.

They should also go 4-2 in the division, and four wins against the tough AFC West and NFC East will bring them to eight wins. They should win at least two of their three additional games against Miami, Minnesota, and Atlanta to give them a minimum of 10 wins, though we think they can get to 11.

Best Bet: San Francisco 49ers Over 9.5 Wins (-146)

Arizona Cardinals

Will they win a game this year? That’s the big question. They just re-signed Jacoby Brissett to be their starting QB this year, and while he’s fun, he can’t seem to overcome an awful defence which isn’t going to turn into a top 10 unit in one offseason.

They went 0-6 in the division last year, and they could do it again in 2026, though we’ll give them one win to be generous. Otherwise, their best chances to win a game come early in the season at the Giants and in the final three weeks of the campaign at home against the Jets or Raiders. They won’t win all three though.

Best Bet: Arizona Cardinals Under 3.5 Wins (+115)
