The Los Angeles Rams and Denver Broncos were two of the best teams in football last year, with both reaching the Conference Championship round. While both lost and failed to reach the Super Bowl, they were both favourites coming into the 2026 season. That’s why it was such a surprise when both lost in Week 1.

However, both bounced back in Week 2 to bring their records to 1-1 coming into this intriguing West coast Sunday Night Football showdown. Will we see the Broncos and Rams we saw in Week 2? Game Pick

After a worrying Week 1, the 2025 Conference Championship losers both bounced back in Week 2, making this Week 3 matchup between the Rams and Broncos a lot more interesting. The Rams got back in the groove by dominating a Giants team that really impressed in Week 1, while the Broncos came back to take down a playoff hopeful in the Jags.

The Broncos are home dogs here, and we very rarely like to bet on road favourites in a game featuring two quality teams like this. However, we do like the Rams to win this one, which is why we’re happy the moneyline is more than low enough to bet on.

Los Angeles may be without Myles Garrett and likely Puka Nacua, but they’re still stacked with talent in a way that Denver is not. The Broncos have also struggled to stop the run so far this year, which is a very bad sign for a team with Super Bowl aspirations.

The two-headed monster at running back for the Rams should have a field day, but more on them later. Matthew Stafford is 9-1 in his last 10 games against AFC opponents, and we think that trend continues here against a suspect Bo Nix offence and a poor run defence for Denver.

Blake Corum can’t get Sean McVay to give him a red zone carry, but at this point, he’s basically getting the same amount of opportunity as starter Kyren Williams everywhere else. Their touches and snaps are nearly identical, and Corum has arguably been the better runner.

The former Michigan standout had 79 yards last week and even had 54 on the ground in their blowout loss to the 49ers in Week 1. This 45.5 number against a Denver defence giving up over 150 rush yards per game and over 5.0 yards a carry.

With Puka Nacua out last week, it was the Davante Adams show, going for 195 yards and a pair of scores. With Nacua likely to miss another one here in Week 3, Adams should be busy again. And we think he’ll be most busy close to the goal line, where no receiver in football right now (and perhaps ever) can match his knack for scoring. After two TDs last week, we’re happy to see his anytime TD odds still offering plus (+) money.
