We’re taking a look at the odds for the player most likely to be drafted No. 1 overall, No. 2 overall, and all the way down to No. 5 in the 2025 NFL Draft. While there is one pick that already seems set in stone, there is definitely some NFL betting value to be had here, so let’s jump in.

2025 NFL Draft Predictions & Betting Odds For Top 5 Picks
All odds provided by Betway.
Odds to be No. 1 Overall Pick (Tennessee Titans)
| Team | Odds | College |
| Cam Ward, QB | -1,200 | Miami (FL) |
| Abdul Carter, Edge | +750 | Penn State |
| Travis Hunter, CB/WR | +2,800 | Colorado |
| Shedeur Sanders, QB | +4,000 | Colorado |
| Jaxson Dart, QV | +7,500 | Ole Miss |
Unfortunately, the most impactful draft choice, the No. 1 overall, is the one without much fuss or intrigue. Cam Ward is without a doubt the top QB prospect in this class, and if the Titans don’t take him, they’ll be trading the No. 1 pick to someone who will. No matter who makes the pick here, there’s a 99 percent chance it’s Ward who is selected. Stay away from this one.
Odds to be No. 2 Overall Pick (Cleveland Browns)
| Team | Odds | College |
| Abdul Carter, Edge | -250 | Penn State |
| Travis Hunter, CB/WR | +200 | Colorado |
| Shedeur Sanders, QB | +700 | Colorado |
| Cam Ward, QB | +1,500 | Miami (FL) |
| Jaxson Dart, QB | +3,300 | Ole Miss |
At No. 2 overall, Abdul Carter is boasting some pretty short odds at most sports betting sites, which we think leaves the door open for some value elsewhere. Shedeur Sanders would seem like the obvious pick here with the Browns only rostering Deshaun Watson and Kenny Pickett at the position at the moment, but all rumblings point to Cleveland going best player available. They already have Myles Garrett and Denzel Ward, so the fact that Travis Hunter can also play wideout should give him the edge here in our book. Not to mention those +200 odds don’t hurt either.
Best Bet: Travis Hunter, CB/WR, Colorado (+200)
Odds to be No. 3 Overall Pick (New York Giants)
| Team | Odds | College |
| Travis Hunter, CB/WR | -150 | Colorado |
| Shedeur Sanders, QB | +160 | Colorado |
| Abdul Carter, Edge | +600 | Penn State |
| Cam Ward, QB | +1,600 | Miami (FL) |
| Jaxson Dart, QB | +3,000 | Ole Miss |
We think this one could go one of two ways. Either A) the Browns pass on Hunter and go with Abdul Carter off the edge, or B) they take Carter and leave Hunter for the Giants. Either way, after the Russell Wilson signing, we’d be shocked if the Giants take Shedeur Sanders.
Another team could trade up to nab Sanders, but we don’t see why they would with the next five teams on the clock all set at QB. We’re shipping Hunter to Cleveland, so Carter joins New York at much more enticing +600 odds, which all of a sudden has a darn good looking defensive front with Dexter Lawrence and Brian Burns already in town.
Best Bet: Abdul Carter, Edge, Penn State (+600)
Odds to be No. 4 Overall Pick (New England Patriots)
| Team | Odds | College |
| Travis Hunter, CB/WR | +200 | Colorado |
| Armand Membou, LT | +250 | Missouri |
| Will Campbell, LT | +290 | LSU |
| Abdul Carter, Edge | +300 | Penn State |
| Tetairoa McMillan, WR | +1,600 | Arizona |
The Patriots have a few big issues, but their most important one is their offensive line. They must protect Drake Maye. We thought they’d go with Tetairoa McMillan here, but after signing Stefon Diggs that seems far less likely. This is between Armand Membou and Will Campbell, and we like the value on the Mizzou product a little bit more.
Best Bet: Armand Membou, LT, Missouri (+250)
Odds to be No. 5 Overall Pick (Jacksonville Jaguars)
| Team | Odds | College |
| Mason Graham, DT | +100 | Michigan |
| Armand Membou, LT | +450 | Missouri |
| Travis Hunter, CB/WR | +600 | Colorado |
| Tyler Warren, TE | +800 | Penn State |
| Tetairoa McMillan, WR | +1,200 | Arizona |
The most difficult pick on the board, we can probably wipe off Hunter (he won’t be there), Tyler Warren (no way they take a tight end this high after what they saw happen to Atlanta with Kyle Pitts), and McMillan (the Jags just took a WR in the first round last year). That leaves Membou and Mason Graham, and since Duval had the eighth-worst rush defense and the third-worst pressure rate on defense last year, Graham seems like the smart choice, even if Membou is still on the board.
