NFL training camps have gotten underway across the country, and that means it’s time to dive into some futures for the 2026 season. One of the most popular is the over/under win totals for each team. But since Canadian sportsbooks usually have several numbers (ie: over/under 10.5 wins) we’re doing this by division.

Next up on the docket for our 2026 edition of this series continues is the always controversial NFC East, which is one of the most enigmatic divisions in the NFL heading into this season. Read on for the latest betting odds on NFC East over/under win total futures betting markets for the 2026 regular season!

Highlights

Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles had a down year by their standards in 2025. But they still won 11 games. And if they do that this year, Philly over bettors will be taking home some money. The Eagles have been bouncing up and down in recent years, and 2026 feels like a bounce back campaign.

They finally moved on from disgruntled A.J. Brown and snagged rookie Makai Lemon to replace him. The offensive line and Saquon Barkley are still the best in their respective businesses. And they added Jonathan Greenard and Riq Woolen to the No. 5 scoring defense last season.

The Eagles can match up with the best of teams on paper, and we think they’ll definitely cruise past 10 wins with four victories from their division, five wins against the AFC South and NFC West, and three more against the Panthers, Steelers, and Bears. That’s 12 wins, but we’ll bet on 11 just to be safe.

Best Bet: Philadelphia Eagles Over 10.5 Wins (+115)

Dallas Cowboys

There has not been a team in recent memory that had as good an offence as the 2025 Cowboys while also having as bad a defence as the 2025 Cowboys. And while they did make a few moves to improve the defence, will it be enough to make up the difference? More often than not, we think yes.

We’ll give Dallas three wins in the division, and four from their games against the AFC South and NFC West. Additional matchups with the Bucs, Packers, and in Brazil against the Ravens will be tricky, but we can see them taking two of those. Chalk ‘em up for a winning season, at the very least.

Best Bet: Dallas Cowboys Over 8.5 Wins (-150)

Washington Commanders

Washington had quite the ignominious fall from grace in 2025 after their exhilarating Cinderella run in 2024. Much like the Cowboys, a lot of that had to do with a poor defence. But we think Washington did a better job of shoring that side of the ball up than their Texas rivals. They also added to the offensive line and Jayden Daniels’ weapons cache.

Despite finishing third in the division last year, Washington still has the toughest schedule in the NFC East. Go figure. They could very well start off 0-3 with road dates against the Eagles and Cowboys followed by a home matchup with the defending champion Seahawks. They should beat the Colts and Giants at home before a tough matchup with the 49ers on the road before their Week 7 bye.

Let’s say they’re 3-3 coming out of there. They’ve won at least one game against Philly in three of the last four campaigns, so they should get a W at home against the Eagles coming out of that bye. They’ll likely lose to the Rams to go to 4-4, but matchups with the Giants, Bengals, Cardinals, and Titans should bring them to 8-4. Against the Texans, Falcons, Vikings, Jags, and Cowboys, they should get at least two wins, getting them up to double-digits.

Best Bet: Washington Commanders Over 9.5 Wins (+245)

New York Giants

The Giants have some exciting players in Jaxson Dart, Cam Skattebo, and Malik Nabers. But all have shown a penchant for injuries. And the defense still is not quite up to snuff. We’re predicting another rough go of it for the boys in blue in 2026.

Two wins from the division seems fair, and three wins from the AFC South and NFC West is also reasonable. Additional games against the Saints, Browns, and Lions should yield one more win. Maybe. We’re taking under 6.5 on this one.

Best Bet: New York Giants Under 6.5 Wins (+154)
