The 2025 NFL Draft is about three weeks away, and with it will come a whole new set of expectations. That will have a significant impact on long-term odds for NFL futures markets, such as division winners. Before that happens, we’ll try to squeeze some value out of these early NFL betting odds we’re seeing for each AFC Division Winner future betting market.

2025 NFL AFC Division Winner Futures - Predictions & Betting Odds

AFC East Division Winner Betting Odds
| Team | Division Winner Odds | 2024 Record (Place) |
| Buffalo Bills | -250 | 13-4 (1st) |
| Miami Dolphins | +475 | 8-9 (2nd) |
| New England Patriots | +750 | 4-13 (4th) |
| New York Jets | +1,200 | 5-12 (3rd) |
The Bills have won this division for five years running, and we think they’re going to make it a half dozen here in 2025. The team that many thought would overthrow them, the Dolphins, has seemingly fallen on hard times. Mike McDaniel’s offensive genius doesn’t seem to extend past the four walls of Hard Rock Stadium.
Meanwhile, the Patriots and Jets have both taken very encouraging steps towards a return to relevance. The HC-QB duos of Mike Vrabel and Drake Maye and Aaron Glenn and Justin Fields inspire confidence in both of those franchises that we haven’t had in a few years. However, both are at least a couple of years away from challenging the MVP-led Bills.
We don’t love betting on odds above -200, but considering how sure we are about the Bills winning this division, -250 is actually kind of a steal. If you can find a Canadian sportsbook that has markets on every finishing place in the division, a bet on the Patriots to leapfrog the Dolphins for second place in the AFC East would definitely offer intriguing odds.
Best Bet: Buffalo Bills (-250)/New England Patriots to Finish 2nd (?)
AFC North Division Winner Betting Odds
| Team | Moneyline | Point Spread |
| Baltimore Ravens | -135 | 12-5 (1st) |
| Cincinnati Bengals | +200 | 9-8 (3rd) |
| Pittsburgh Steelers | +600 | 10-7 (2nd) |
| Cleveland Browns | +3,000 | 3-14 (4th) |
Arguably the best division in football, the AFC North will continue to live up to that name in 2025—but we don’t think the division race will be all that close. Lamar Jackson remains the best player in the NFL, and Baltimore’s trenches are still among the strongest in the league. A midseason position switch for Kyle Hamilton on defense also made that one of the best units in the league.
Baltimore’s odds should be way shorter, so we’re looking at -135 with dollar signs in our eyes. The Browns have the longest odds in the league to win their division and the Steelers have yet to decide on a QB and are likely to regress significantly for the first time in a long time. People are high on that highly-paid Bengals offense, but without any quality players on the offensive line and a looming Trey Hendrickson holdout, this season might go very similarly to 2024 for Cincy.
Best Bet: Baltimore Ravens (-135)
AFC South Division Winner Betting Odds
| Team | Moneyline | Point Spread |
| Houston Texans | +105 | 10-7 (1st) |
| Jacksonville Jaguars | +300 | 4-13 (3rd) |
| Indianapolis Colts | +320 | 8-9 (2nd) |
| Tennessee Titans | +800 | 3-14 (4th) |
Before seeing the odds, we would have guessed that the Texans had the shortest odds to win their division in the entire AFC. What a treat to see them here boasting + odds for us. The other three teams in this division are a mess. Each of them have major question marks at QB and their coaches are all unproven. Houston’s offensive line is a worry, but they can probably take this division with nine wins, which they should be able to muster.
Best Bet: Houston Texans (+105)
AFC West Division Winner Betting Odds
| Team | Moneyline | Point Spread |
| Kansas City Chiefs | -125 | 15-2 (1st) |
| Los Angeles Chargers | +260 | 11-6 (2nd) |
| Denver Broncos | +400 | 10-7 (3rd) |
| Las Vegas Raiders | +1,800 | 4-13 (4th) |
The Chiefs are going for their 10th straight AFC West crown in 2025, and their odds are muy bueno. The Chargers and Broncos are certainly coming in hot and are likely to be playoff teams once again in 2025, but let’s not overreact to one awful Super Bowl performance from the Chiefs. This is still Patrick Mahomes we’re talking about here. If you’re feeling frisky, Jim Harbaugh would be the guy we’d take to overthrow Andy Reid. But at +260, a Chargers bet isn’t really worth the risk.
Best Bet: Kansas City Chiefs (-125)
