Cleveland hosts a Baltimore team that is 4-1 and ranks 5th in total offence despite Lamar Jackson managing an ankle injury that already cost him last week;s game than the team won. . The Browns are 3-2 and had won three in a row before a loss in their last game. How much of Baltimore's backfield workload falls on Derrick Henry is the key storyline shaping this week's Week 6 NFL Predictions for the AFC North matchup.
Cleveland Browns vs Baltimore Ravens Best Bet
Baltimore Ravens -5.5: -105
I'm backing Baltimore -5.5. The Ravens are averaging 164.4 rushing yards a game, and Cleveland is allowing 117.4 yards a game on the ground. That matchup favours Baltimore even if Jackson sits again. The Browns' offence only ranks 27th in scoring at 18.6 ppg, and Baltimore won both games facing the Browns last season.
Derrick Henry Over 79.5 Rushing Yards: -182
Henry has rushed for over 100 yards in the last game and even if Jackson is healthy he will get a heavy workload. He has at least 23 carries in each of the last two games and will rush for over 79.5 yards this Sunday facing a Cleveland run defense that ranks 18th in the league.

Cleveland Browns vs Baltimore Ravens Analysis
The Cleveland side
Deshaun Watson has completed 64.4% of his passes for 7 touchdowns and 2 interceptions this season, and he is also the team's second leading rusher. He may have to shoulder more of the offence in this game, as lead RB Quinshod Judkins is listed as questionable with an injury. The Browns' offence has managed only 18.6 ppg, 27th in the league, and the defence has allowed 22.4 ppg a game, 14th, numbers that explain a 3-2 record built on close results rather than control. That scoring rate is the main reason Cleveland is getting 5.5 points at home.
The Baltimore side
Lamar Jackson did not practice Wednesday with the ankle injury that already cost him last week's win at Atlanta. If he cannot go the team will turn to Taylor Huntley, who played well in the OT win over the Falcons last week passing for 201 yards with two TDs and no INTs. Baltimore ranks 6th in scoring at 29.2 ppg and 5th in total offence at 394.2 yards, carried by a rushing attack averaging 164.4 yards. The defence hass been an issue, but may not be so much this Sunday facing a less than dynamic Cleveland offence.
Cleveland Browns vs Baltimore Ravens Prediction
Bet365's moneyline odds of -250 on Baltimore imply a de-vigged win probability of 68% against 32% for Cleveland. My number sits a few points lower for Baltimore, 65% against 35%, because the market has not moved much around Jackson's uncertain status, and I think it is undervaluing how much Cleveland's defence can lean on an unsettled Ravens passing game if the backup plays. That is still Baltimore's game to control, which is why I'm on the spread here even on the road.

My Exact Score Prediction: Baltimore Ravens 27, Cleveland Browns 13
I'm calling Baltimore 27, Cleveland 13. The Ravens are averaging 164.4 rushing yards a game, and Cleveland allows 4.5 yards a carry, so I expect Henry to control the clock behind a line that limits Cleveland's dinged-up front seven. Cleveland's offence has not scored more than 27 points in any game this season, a ceiling that keeps the Browns from winning a high-scoring game. Baltimore is also outgaining opponents by close to 60 yards a game, a gap wide enough to turn a 5.5-point cover one they can comfortably reach with the total going Unde in a lower-scoring game.
