It’s been a few weeks, but we’re back with another five-leg, six-point teaser for this intriguing Week 17 weekend slate in the NFL. Some of these are going to be meaningless duds, but there are also a few games with major stakes at hand.

Either way, we see betting value on Sunday. So without further ado, read on for our analysis, teaser picks, and NFL betting odds for the penultimate weekend of this whacky 2025 NFL campaign.

Highlights

  • Jacksonville has lost just 1 game since their Week 8 bye
  • Miami has lost 3 of their last 4 games as underdogs by 10+ points
  • The Panthers are 7-2 straight up in their last 9 games played at 1PM

Jacksonville Jaguars (-5.5) @ Indianapolis Colts - 1PM

Philip Rivers looked better in his second game back with the Colts. But let’s not kid ourselves here. This is still a guy in his mid-40s. No matter how sharp his mind may still be, his body won’t be able to hold up much longer.

Jacksonville has also won six in a row, including a very impressive beatdown of the team with the best record in the NFL last week. The Jags are 3-1 against the AFC South this season, and they are also one of just two teams (along with the Bears) this season who are undefeated when they are the favorite, coming in with a 6-0 record.

Teaser Pick: Jaguars (+0.5)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-5.5) @ Miami Dolphins - 1PM

The Buccaneers have to be one of the most frustrating teams in the NFL. They have all the talent in the world. They move the ball on everyone, but somehow they have still lost six of their last seven games. That trend won’t continue here.

The Bucs are on the brink of elimination from playoff contention and the Dolphins are starting a seventh-round pick who was the 13th and final QB drafted in the 2025 NFL Draft. If Tampa loses this one, serious questions will be asked.

Teaser Pick: Buccaneers (+0.5)

New Orleans Saints (-2.5) @ Tennessee Titans - 1PM

The Saints have gone from a candidate for the No. 1 overall pick in 2026 to one of the friskiest and most interesting underdogs over the last four or five weeks. The Titans beat up on the Mahomes-less Chiefs last week, but we think Tyler Shough has looked better than Cam Ward this year. They also seem to be the better-coached side in this one.

Teaser Pick: Saints (+3.5)

Arizona Cardinals @ Cincinnati Bengals (-7.0) - 1PM

Joe Burrow may not have been having fun a few weeks ago, but after putting up 45 points in a win last week, he’s definitely having a good time now. The Cardinals are bottom 10 in both passing and rushing yards allowed over the last four weeks. This should be another high-scoring win for the fully healthy and diabolically talented Bengals offense.

Teaser Pick: Bengals (-1.0)

Seattle Seahawks @ Carolina Panthers (+7.5) - 1PM

The Panthers have been one of the biggest overachievers of this NFL season. We’re not sure they’ll be able to bring it home and take the NFC South, but they have represented themselves well in a lot of games where they weren’t given a chance.

The Seahawks are on the road and coming off an emotionally and physically taxing win over the Rams last week. Seattle will still win, but the Panthers won’t roll over at home where they are 5-2 this year.

Teaser Pick: Panthers (+13.5)
