Week 1 is a tough one to bet on in the NFL because there’s really no frame of reference. But Week 18 might be even more difficult just because it’s difficult to tell pregame (or in our case, a day or two before) if any given team is going to play their starters. Or even worse, pull them at some point. Or even worse than that, play them and still not try to win the game at all.

But we believe we’ve found a way around all that thanks to our meticulous research. We’ve identified a few spots where we believe teams are going to be playing full speed and to win. Read on for our final five-leg, six-point teaser parlay of the 2025 NFL season.

Highlights

  • The Saints have not been swept by the Falcons since 2016
  • Riley Leonard will make his first career start against Houston’s No. 1 defense
  • New England is 6-1 ATS this season when favored by 5.5 or more points

New Orleans Saints (+3.5) @ Atlanta Falcons - 1PM

The Falcons could spoil the Buccaneers’ playoff hopes with a win here. But the Saints could also spoil Atlanta’s chances of spoiling. And they’ve been doing a lot of spoiling lately. Believe it or not, Saints rookie QB Tyler Shough is 5-3 as the starter, including four straight wins. Atlanta also beat this Saints team earlier this year, which means they are due a loss: the Falcons haven’t swept the Saints since 2016.

Teaser Pick: Saints (+9.5)

Dallas Cowboys @ New York Giants (+3.5) - 1PM

Both of these teams are expected to begin with their starters out there. However, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has indicated that starting QB Dak Prescott might not play much, which means most of his other starters likely won’t either. Meanwhile, the Giants have a perfectly young and plucky group of players that is silly enough to go out and win this game to crush their chances at the No. 1 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Teaser Pick: Giants (+9.5)

Green Bay Packers @ Minnesota Vikings (-10.5) - 1PM

The Packers have nothing on the line in Week 18, so they’re going to be sitting everybody. Backup QB Malik Willis has looked good in the past, but he might not look so good here surrounded by backups like him. Clearly, betting sites agree with this double-digit spread. Even still, Minnesota is at home, and they’re playing for a ton of pride here. J.J. McCarthy will want to put a positive stamp on this topsy turvy first season of his.

Teaser Pick: Vikings (-4.5)

Indianapolis Colts @ Houston Texans (-10.5) - 1PM

Philip Rivers made the Colts competitive again, but he has decided to retire again just a few weeks after unretiring. Now, it’s rookie sixth-round pick Riley Leonard starting for the Colts in a game that the Texans, who are at home, really want to win. A rookie QB in his debut start against the NFL’s top defense spells trouble for Indy here.

Teaser Pick: Texans (-4.5)

Miami Dolphins @ New England Patriots (-11.5) - 4:25PM

The Dolphins shocked the Bucs last week, but we think that will go down as Quinn Ewers' shining moment in the NFL. The Patriots are coming to play for the No. 1 seed here, and they have been dominating teams this season. When they have been favored by 5.5 points or more like they are here, they have covered the spread five out of six times. All five of those wins came by 13+ points. Drake Maye will also be looking to seal his MVP trophy with a solid finishing flourish to his sophomore NFL campaign.

Teaser Pick: Patriots (-5.5)
