Philadelphia Eagles @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+3.5) - 1PM
The Buccaneers beat up on the Eagles in the 2023 playoffs, and they were one of just three teams to beat them last year too. And they didn’t just beat them either, they kind of dominated them in a 33-16 win. That sparked a 10-game winning streak for Philly. And it feels like the Eagles are once again in need of a jump start, and Baker Mayfield and the Bucs will be happy to oblige. The Eagles have struggled to pass the ball, and Tampa Bay’s tough run defense will force them to do just that. Chris Godwin returns to offset the loss of Mike Evans for the Bucs as well.

Cleveland Browns @ Detroit Lions (-9.5) - 1PM
The Cleveland Browns are not going to win a lot of games this season. They’re certainly not going to win two in a row. And especially not against two of the best teams in the NFC. The Packers were shocked by these Browns on the road, but the Lions have looked the better team since losing to Green Bay in Week 1. Detroit has the blocking to slow that Cleveland pass rush that causes so many issues. They will learn from their rival’s mistakes and put a beatdown on one of the worst teams in football.

Tennessee Titans @ Houston Texans (-7.5) - 1PM
It’s really now or never for the Texans. They were expected to win the AFC South, but now they are 0-3 and the Colts are 3-0. That’s a lot of ground to make up. Only one team in NFL history has ever made the playoffs after an 0-4 start, so it’s all on the line here. They will play with desperation at home against a Titans team that doesn’t seem interested in winning right now anyway.

Los Angeles Chargers (-6.5) @ New York Giants - 1PM
Jaxson Dart getting his first career start here against the Chargers is not ideal. This is a tough and physical defense with a lot of playmakers flying around to confuse the youngster. We know they’re on the road, but we think L.A.’s defense could make this an ugly one for Dart and the Giants at MetLife.

Indianapolis Colts (+3.5) @ Los Angeles Rams - 4:05PM
Are Daniel Jones and the Colts for real? We’re likely to find out when they hit the road here against the Rams. Or so most have said. We think Indy is already stamped as a solid team after putting up points against that tough Broncos defense a couple of weeks ago. They might lose this one, but not by double digits.

Baltimore Ravens (-2.5) @ Kansas City Chiefs - 4:25PM
Lamar Jackson is just 1-4 against Patrick Mahomes in the regular season, but we think he bucks that trend this week. The Chiefs have looked positively atrocious through three weeks, and the Ravens are by far the best 1-2 team in the league. The Ravens offense is going to make quick work of the Chiefs defense, and we foresee a big day from Derrick Henry.
