Some people call teasers cowardly, and to those people we say, yeah, kinda. But who cares? Is this about being manly or hitting parlays and winning money? That’s what I thought. Last week, we were unable to make it two straight hits on the six-leg, six-point NFL teaser, but we’re still up on the season overall. We’ll look to build on that in Week 5’s edition of the Pick 6 parlay.

2025 Pick 6 Teaser Parlay Record: 1-2 (+4.00)

2025 Pick 6 Teaser Picks: 15-3

Highlights

  • Minnesota has the advantage of having been in the British Isles since last week
  • Since 2023, the Bucs have the best ATS record (12-3) in the NFL as a road dog
  • The Lions are 9-3 ATS against the AFC since the start of the 2023 season

Minnesota Vikings (-3.5) @ Cleveland Browns - 9:30AM (London)

This one feels like it could have been about a touchdown spread, but I guess this is the Carson Wentz tax. And we’re glad to pay it this week. He was not nearly as bad as the numbers suggested last week, and the 1-3 Browns are a mess right now. The last thing they needed was a trip across the pond. Not to mention the 2-2 Vikings have been in the British Isles for over a week now and will be much more accustomed to the time difference.

Teaser Pick: Vikings (+2.5)

Houston Texans (-1.5) @ Baltimore Ravens - 1PM

The 1-3 Ravens are having the year from hell right now. Not only has their defense utterly burst at the seams, but now their MVP quarterback is week-to-week with a hamstring injury. Since he took over the Ravens’ starting job in 2019, Baltimore is 4-9 when Lamar Jackson does not play. They certainly won’t blow the 1-3 Texans out if they do find a way to win with Cooper Rush at the helm.

Teaser Pick: Texans (+4.5)

New York Giants (+1.5) @ New Orleans Saints - 1PM

It’s not often you get an underdog spread for a non-winless team against one that is winless. But that’s what betting apps have done here with the 1-3 Giants. It’s the Giants, so we kind of get it, but at the same time, that defense looked excellent in that upset win over the Chargers. New York could be in for one or two non-offensive TDs here against the 0-4 Saints.

Teaser Pick: Giants (+7.5)

Denver Broncos @ Philadelphia Eagles (-4.5) - 1PM

Since the start of 2023, the 4-0 Eagles have been dominant against the AFC. They are an NFL-best 11-1 in non-conference games over that span, and even against the spread, they were among the league’s best at 9-3. The Broncos are 2-2 but they haven’t exactly impressed, so we feel comfortable betting this as basically a moneyline play.

Teaser Pick: Eagles (+1.5)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+3.5) @ Seattle Seahawks - 4:05PM

We have now taken the Bucs in three straight six-point teaser parlays, and we expect them to do what they’ve done for us the first two times: cover comfortably. This team has too much offensive firepower to be blown out by double digits, and since they already have a +3.5 line, this one was a shoo-in for inclusion on the six-point teaser for Week 5.

Teaser Pick: Buccaneers (+9.5)

Detroit Lions (-10.5) @ Cincinnati Bengals - 4:25PM

The Cincinnati Bengals are down in the dumps. They say they still believe in Jake Browning, but they might be the only ones at this point. He has led one touchdown drive in two games and has a ridiculous 6.0 interception rate. And he hasn’t even been going against the cream of the crop in Minnesota and Denver. We might even take Detroit’s real -10.5 point spread here, so the teaser pick was a no-brainer.

Teaser Pick: Lions (-4.5)
