Chelsea will be looking to ride the high into Premier League matchday three as they welcome Fulham to Stamford Bridge on Saturday, August 30. The kick-off is scheduled for 7:30 am ET. The Blues were firing on all cylinders on matchday two, smashing West Ham 5-1 behind a goal and two assists from summer signing Joao Pedro. As for the Cottagers, they also found a respectable result last weekend, snatching a point in a 1-1 draw with a revamped Manchester United side. Read below for the Chelsea vs Fulham betting picks.

Chelsea vs Fulham Odds

The Blues head into this one as a -190 moneyline favorite. Fulham returns as a +475 underdog at soccer betting sportsbooks. A draw is priced at +350.

Chelsea have won three of their last four Premier League meetings with Fulham. But the Cottagers did beat them on this same ground last Boxing Day, running out 2-1 winners.

Chelsea vs Fulham Analysis

The Blues will head into their third consecutive London derby to begin the 2025-26 campaign. Enzo Maresca’s men started the season with an underwhelming draw with Crystal Palace, where chances were few and far between. However, Chelsea responded in a big way against the Hammers last Friday at the London Stadium.

The Club World Cup winners were three goals to the good by halftime, with Pedro, Enzo Fernandez, and Pedro Neto all hitting the back of the net. Trevoh Chalobah and Moises Caicedo also scored in the second period. It was an emphatic victory from the Blues, who put their attacking prowess on full display. The most impressive part? Cole Palmer wasn’t even on the pitch due to an injury. We’ll discuss that in more detail below.

Fulham has collected back-to-back draws to begin the campaign, also grabbing a point on matchday one against Brighton. Marco Silva’s group certainly gave Man United a run for their money last weekend on home soil, controlling 53% of the ball. Emile Smith Rowe came on as a second-half substitute and saved the day for Fulham, equalizing in the 73rd minute to keep the Red Devils winless so far.

Despite a victory at The Bridge last term, this is never an easy fixture for the Lilywhites. They’ve tasted defeat in 10 of their previous 13 meetings with Chelsea, with just one draw as well during that span. They’ve never won consecutive games away at Chelsea. This will be another tall task for Fulham, but they’d simply be happy with just a point here.

Chelsea vs Fulham Injury News

The headliner here is Palmer. He’s still nursing a groin injury and is doubtful to feature on Saturday. Romeo Lavia, Levi Colwill, and Benoit Badiashile remain sidelined as well. Fulham, meanwhile, has a clean bill of health, which should have Silva grinning. They will need to be at their best.

Chelsea vs Fulham Picks

Just one draw in the last 13 games against Fulham is more than enough reason to believe Chelsea will continue their winning ways against their London counterparts. The Blues were ruthless on matchday two, and while I’m not expecting another five goals, they will secure the three points on home turf.
