As for the Seagulls, they settled for a point on Monday, playing to a 1-1 draw with Bournemouth on home soil. Read below for the Fulham vs Brighton picks.

Fulham vs Brighton Odds

There’s no clear favorite for this clash at soccer betting sportsbooks. Fulham sits at +160 odds, while Brighton returns at +179. A draw is priced at +240. The O/U is set at 2.5 goals.

The hosts have lost just once in their last seven meetings with the Seagulls, also managing to win four of those matches. The reverse fixture last August ended 1-1 at the Amex Stadium.

Fulham vs Brighton Analysis

It’s been a respectable campaign for Fulham, who have certainly had some ups and downs at times. They’ve secured several impressive results, while failing to live up to expectations in other matches. However, the Cottagers are currently sitting in 11th place with a 9-4-9 record, and securing a European spot is still very much possible. After all, Marco Silva’s men are just five points back of fourth-place Liverpool. That being said, the focus right now is getting into the top half, and that starts with finding a victory on Saturday.

Fulham has played well against Brighton in recent memory, especially at home. Dating back to 2019, the Cottagers have won three of their last five meetings with the Seagulls at Craven Cottage. The last time Brighton came to town, Fulham ran out 3-1 winners. They’ve also been in solid form this term on home turf, compiling a 6-2-3 record. The hosts are unbeaten in their previous three games at Craven Cottage, drawing 2-2 with Liverpool before victories over the Blues and Middlesbrough.

Brighton is quite literally right on Fulham’s heels in the Premier League standings, sitting in 12th place with 30 points, just one point behind their matchday 23 opponents. The Seagulls have a 7-9-6 record, but they’ve only won once across their last five games, settling for three draws during that span. Monday’s stalemate with the Cherries was a hard-fought battle, with Charalampos Kostoulas playing hero at the death to help Brighton rescue a point.

Just a week prior to the Bournemouth draw, the Seagulls collected a famous victory in the FA Cup, knocking Manchester United out of the competition. They also gave Manchester City a run for their money at the beginning of the month, taking away a point in a 1-1 draw. Despite the lack of consistent victories this month, Brighton has shown serious promise. But, playing Fulham is never an easy task for the Seagulls, and they’ve only won twice on the road this season, going 2-4-5.

Fulham vs Brighton Injury News

Fulham welcomes back Nigerian trio Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, and Samuel Chukwueze after they were away at AFCON. But, Sasa Lukic and Rodrigo Muniz remain sidelined. Emile Smith Rowe and Kenny Tete are questionable to feature. As for Brighton, they are missing Mats Wieffer (toe), Solly March, Adam Webster, and Stefanos Tzimas (knee injuries).

Fulham vs Brighton Picks

These are two relatively even sides that sit right around each other in the table for a reason. While Fulham’s home record trumps Brighton’s away record, the visitors have picked up confidence in recent weeks with some impressive results, and I’ll take them to secure a point here.
