Singer has limited opponents to a 36.5% hard hit rate over the last month, suggesting the southpaw is trending in the right direction.
It was only a couple of years ago when the Orioles were considered a serious contender in the American League, and now, they’re not even in the playoff picture. Baltimore sits eight games below .500 and a whole 12.5 games out of first place in the AL East, one of the toughest divisions in the big leagues. Offensively, they’ve actually been a lot better in 2026, ranking 10th in runs. But, on the mound, the O’s are struggling, posting a 4.39 team ERA. That ranks 22nd.
