Saturday, June 13 brings the first full slate of World Cup games, with four matches on the schedule. Qatar locks horns with Switzerland in San Francisco, before Morocco looks to pull off the upset against Brazil.

In the evening, Haiti face Scotland in Boston before a late-night clash between Australia and Turkey.

Below, we'll dive into our daily World Cup 2026 betting tips

Top Picks for World Cup Day 3 | June 13

Qatar vs Switzerland

Switzerland to Win Nil (-143)

Switzerland is a heavy favorite to win Group B, and they begin their World Cup journey against Qatar. The Swiss are a strong side who have tons of quality players, and they shouldn't have any issues producing the goods in front of goal. Breel Embolo is a lethal figure up top, and he'll be leading the line, while Granit Xhaka will control the middle of the park. Switzerland beat Jordan in a friendly on May 31, then drew with Australia last week. Qatar has only appeared in the World Cup once before, as hosts in 2022, and they do not have nearly as much experience as the Swiss. Also, Qatar has failed to find the back of the net in back-to-back games.

🗸 Long Shot: Breel Embolo anytime goal (-125)
🗸 Extra Tip: Granit Xhaka to receive a card (+500)

Brazil vs Morocco

Brazil vs Morocco to Draw (+266)

Morocco was one of the best stories in the 2022 World Cup, making an improbable run all the way to the semifinals in Qatar. The African nation has their same squad more or less intact, with the likes of Hakim Ziyech, Achraf Hakimi, and Noussair Mazraoui all possessing serious quality. They will be up against Brazil on Saturday, a team looking to finally live up to expectations on the world stage. Selecao have question marks, mostly over Neymar's fitness, and are now coached by Carlo Ancelotti. Morocco's gritty, relentless style of play could provide issues for the Brazilians, and I do believe you'll see these two play to a cagey draw.

🗸 Long Shot: Under 2.5 goals (-133)
🗸 Extra Tip: Vinicius Junior Over 1.5 SOG (+180)

Haiti vs Scotland

Scotland Clean Sheet (+110)

Scotland is appearing in the World Cup for the first time since 1998, and they will be tasked with Haiti in their first match. The Scots won 4-0 in their final tune-up game leading up to the tournament against Bolivia. The reality is that Haiti isn't exactly a team that is going to light up the net, and Scotland's back line experience with the likes of Andy Robertson, Kieran Tierney, Scott McKenna, and John Souttar is impressive. Haiti doesn't have much attacking prowess beyond Sunderland youngster Wilson Isidor, and I do not see them causing many issues for the Scots. John McGinn should have his fun up top after an impressive season at Aston Villa, as he'll be looking to take advantage of Haiti's lack of pedigree on this stage.

🗸 Long Shot: John McGinn anytime goal (+300)
🗸 Extra Tip: Wilson Isidor Over 1.5 SOG (+500)

Team vs Team

Turkey to Win by 1 goal (+240)

This should be an entertaining clash. Turkey's midfield, led by Hakan Calhanoglu and Arda Guler, is impressive, and they will be hoping to break down a strong, physical Australian backline. I do not expect this one to be lopsided. The Socceroos always put up a fight in the World Cup, showcasing their toughness and solidity on set-pieces. But Turkey's quality, especially in the final third, will find a moment of brilliance. That will likely come through Guler, who has 15 goal contributions in just 30 appearances for his country. We will not see a ton of goals at BC Place in Vancouver.

🗸 Long Shot: Under 2.5 goals (-125)
🗸 Extra Tip: Arda Guler anytime goal (+185)
