NY Red Bulls vs FC Cincinnati Odds

The Red Bulls are a very slim +100 favorite at soccer betting sportsbooks. Cincinnati returns at +229 odds, while a draw is priced at +254. The O/U is set at three goals, and both sides cashed the Over in their last respective matches.

Cincy will be heading into this encounter with confidence, winning the last two meetings with New York. Both of those games ended 1-0 in favor of Saturday’s visitors.

NY Red Bulls vs FC Cincinnati Analysis

It hasn’t been the greatest start to the campaign for one of the longest-tenured sides in Major League Soccer. The Red Bulls are 2-2-1 so far, putting them in eighth place in the Eastern Conference. New York is averaging just one goal per game, but that’s not due to a lack of trying. The Red Bulls are first in shots (12.2) and second in shots on target (7.2). They’re simply just struggling to bury their opportunities.

NY had a whopping 22 shots against Charlotte, but just one found the back of the net. They were also incredibly vulnerable at the back, with the hosts sitting up 5-0 by the 77th minute. The Red Bulls didn’t score until late in injury time. That’s now three games without a victory for the Red Bulls after winning their opening two fixtures of the 2026 campaign. Needless to say, a result is badly needed on Saturday evening.

Cincinnati is in a similar position to the Red Bulls early on. They’ve compiled a 2-3-0 record, sitting in ninth, and right on New York’s heels. A victory in this clash would move them above their opponents.  Cincy put their attacking prowess on full display at home against Montreal in late March, putting four past one of the worst sides in the MLS. Four different players found the back of the net, with Kevin Denkey scoring the winner at the death.

His strike partner, Ayoub Jabbari, also netted. Denkey’s two goals lead the squad. Cincinnati is averaging 1.4 goals per match, and they will be looking to expose a Red Bulls defense that was completely ripped apart only weeks ago. However, Cincy has lost both of its road games this term, falling to Minnesota United and the New England Revolution.

NY Red Bulls vs FC Cincinnati Picks

The Red Bulls are back at home, and there’s no question they will be biting at the bit to find a result after Charlotte dominated them. Cincinnati, as previously mentioned, is poor on the road as well. New York will produce the goods here.
