2025 Wimbledon Futures: Outright Winner

PlayerOdds
Carlos Alcaraz+150
Jannik Sinner+150
Novak Djokovic+600
Jack Draper+900
Alexander Zverev+1600

As you can see, Alcaraz and Sinner are heavy favorites at tennis betting sites. Djokovic, a seven-time winner at the All-England Club, has +600 odds to capture the title.

Jack Draper is another possibility, much in part due to him playing on home soil. Alexander Zverev is also a +1600 longshot.

Carlos Alcaraz (+150)

Alcaraz is one of the best players in the world, and he proved just that in the French Open. The Spaniard flew through the tournament and was on the brink of losing to Sinner in the final before a heroic comeback. Many would argue he’s the top player on the ATP Tour right now, and there’s definitely evidence behind that. Alcaraz already has a 37-5 record this year, and he’s won four titles. The youngster is ranked second in the world behind Sinner. When it comes to Wimbledon, he’s won the last two and will be looking to make it three in a row. While Alcaraz does let his mental state get the best of him at times, he’s uber-talented and will surely be in the latter stages of this edition.

Jannik Sinner (+150)

There is absolutely no doubt that Sinner is right up there with Alcaraz. The Italian ran through the 2024 season, finishing with a 73-6 record and eight titles. Two of them were at Grand Slams – the Australian Open and the US Open. Sinner won the Aussie Open once again in January and came so close to taking home the French Open, too. He had three championship points, but allowed Alcaraz to claw his way back and pull off the unthinkable. Sinner has never progressed past the semifinals at Wimbledon, and that came in 2023. Last year, he bowed out in the quarterfinals. Sinner will undoubtedly be hoping for a chance at revenge against Alcaraz after the gut-wrenching defeat at Roland Garros.

Novak Djokovic (+600)

Nole is no spring chicken anymore, but he’s still the GOAT and very capable of making a deep run at any tournament. Djokovic was bested at the French Open by Sinner in the semifinals and claimed it may have been his last time playing in Paris. That could very much be the case in England as well, as his body continues to break down. Nevertheless, Nole has an impressive track record at Wimbledon and lost in the final last season to Alcaraz. The Serb owns a 21-8 record this year with one title at Geneva just before Roland Garros. With this tournament potentially the last hoorah for Djokovic at the All-England Club, there’s no shortage of motivation to go out on top.

Jack Draper (+900)

Draper has never even made it past the second round at Wimbledon, but after all, he is British. That provides a different level of support than the aforementioned names. The 23-year-old is 25-7 so far this season, winning one title. But he did lose in the Round of 16 in Paris to Alexander Bublik. Draper only has three career trophies to his name.

Alexander Zverev (+1600)

After a couple of years where he fell out of the mix, Zverev has started to play better tennis over the last year, making the French Open final in ‘24 and also progressing to the Aussie Open final in January, ultimately losing to Sinner. He’s 29-11 to begin ‘25 and exited in the quarterfinals of the French Open, falling to Djokovic. Zverev has never progressed past the fourth round at Wimbledon.

2025 Wimbledon Picks

If I’m being honest, I do think one of the three favorites will win this event. However, I’m actually going to skip Alcaraz and take Sinner and Djokovic. The Italian is going to be hellbent on revenge, and I do believe if he does face the Spaniard, he’ll win this time. As for Nole, he’s always a threat as well.
