Arizona's ranks tied for 31st in points allowed and Week 7 brings no relief with Sean Payton's Broncos travelling to State Farm Stadium off back-to-back wins. Denver sits 4-2, while Jacoby Brissett and a 2-4 Cardinals team will hope to keep their momentum going after an upset win over the Rams last season. The Week 7 NFL prediction odds point toward Denver, and the gap between these two defences is why.
Arizona Cardinals vs Denver Broncos Best Bet
Denver Broncos -4: -115
I'm backing Denver to cover here. Arizona's defence remains the weak part of the team, and Jacoby Brissett has thrown six interceptions in six starts, including three in a Week 4 loss to the Giants. Denver's defence ranks 12th in the NFL in points allowed at 20.8 ppg, the bigger edge in this matchup than either offence. Arizona won on the road last week against the Rams, but I think the market is underrating how far back its defence trails the one of the Broncos

Arizona Cardinals vs Denver Broncos Analysis
The Arizona side
Jacoby Brissett has taken every snap at quarterback since Kyler Murray was released in the off-season, and turnovers are the problem: six interceptions in six games, against nine touchdown passes. Arizona is also missing lead back Jeremiyah Love, who is questionable with an injury. Not only has their defence struggled but they also only rank 24th in scoring. TE Trey McBride remains the one matchup weapon, but he alone will not fix a unit giving up 350.5 yards a game. Arizona snapped a four-game losing streak with an 18-16 road win over the Rams last week, and that's why the Cardinals arrive Sunday with some momentum, even as a home underdog.
The Denver side
Bo Nix and Sean Payton's offence is averaging only 19.0 ppg, 26th in the league, but the defence has carried Denver to a 4-2 record, 12th in points allowed at 20.8 ppg. J.K. Dobbins leads the backfield with 270 yards on the ground this season and should see a heavy workload again if Denver controls the clock the way it did in last week's overtime win over Seattle. Denver's secondary is banged up, but can Brissett take advantage of that? Even shorthanded there, the Broncos front seven and a turnover-prone Cardinals offence give Denver the edge in this non-conference game.
Arizona Cardinals vs Denver Broncos Prediction
The de-vigged number has Denver at 67% to win and Arizona at 33%, and I land a shade higher on Denver, around 70%, given how often Arizona's defence has broken down against a team that forces turnovers. The market has this about right, but I think it still underrates how exploitable the Cardinals are at home against a solid Denver defence, which is why the Broncos are the pick to win and cover.

My Exact Score Prediction: Arizona Cardinals 17–27 Denver Broncos
I'm calling this one 27-17 for Denver. Arizona has allowed at least 30 points in four of its six games this season, and Brissett's turnover issues may give Denver's defence short fields that can be deadly . Dobbins and Denver's run game should do enough work on the ground that Nix doesn't need a big day through the air to win it. That score clears the 43.5 total by half a point and comfortably covers Denver's spread.

Seattle Seahawks vs Kansas City Chiefs: NFL Predictions, Odds & Picks | Week 7
Kansas City arrives at Lumen Field on Sunday Night Football still unbeaten, while Seattle looks to bounce back from an overtime loss to Denver. A real gap in sacks allowed and takeaways between these two 2026 units gives this one a genuine betting angle.

Las Vegas Raiders vs Los Angeles Rams: NFL Predictions, Odds & Picks | Week 7
The Las Vegas Raiders host the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday in a Week 7 matchup between a Raiders’ team that has lost three straight and a Rams’ team that started the season as the Super Bowl favourites but are 2-4.

Detroit Lions vs Green Bay Packers: NFL Predictions, Odds & Picks | Week 7
Detroit hosts Green Bay in an NFC North rematch at Ford Field, with the Packers having taken both meetings between these two teams a year ago. The Lions arrive off a Week 6 bye with the league's second-highest scoring offence, set against a Green Bay defence that ranks tied for 10th in points allowed.

Tennessee Titans vs Cleveland Browns: NFL Predictions, Odds & Picks | Week 7
The Cleveland Browns travel to Nissan Stadium in Week 7 to face a Tennessee Titans team still looking for its first home win of the season. This game pits a Browns defence that is rounding into form against a Titans’ offence that is tied for second to last in scoring.
