Baltimore heads into this one 4-2, but last week's fourth-quarter collapse in Cleveland raised fresh questions, and Lamar Jackson's ankle still carries no Week 7 designation as of Wednesday. Cincinnati, off its bye, and look to keep up with the other teams in AFC North, who are all 4-2. Among this week's NFL prediction odds, few divisional matchups carry this much quarterback uncertainty.
Baltimore Ravens vs Cincinnati Bengals Best Bet
Cincinnati Bengals +3: -120
I'm backing Cincinnati +3 here even though in their three wins their opponents are combined 4-14. With Baltimore's quarterback situation unresolved in the middle of the week, I'm not comfortable laying points at home. Cincinnati is rested off its bye with its top skill players healthy, a real edge on a Ravens team still shaking off last week's letdown in Cleveland. Three points isn't enough cushion for a side leaning on a backup quarterback.
Joe Burrow Over 274.5 Passing Yards: -105
Burrow is averaging 272.2 yards a game this season, right in line with this number. Baltimore's pass defence ranks 13th in the league, not good enough to slow a Bengals passing game where Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins are one of the best WR duos in the NFL. I like Burrow to clear this number again.

Baltimore Ravens vs Cincinnati Bengals Analysis
The Baltimore side
Baltimore is averaging 26.0 ppg, seventh in the league, but last week's 13-10 collapse in Cleveland raised questions. Lamar Jackson hasn't practiced since spraining his ankle against Tennessee on October 4, and as of Wednesday the league's Week 7 report carries no designation for him. Backup Tyler Huntley threw for just 165 yards and a touchdown in the Cleveland loss, and Derrick Henry managed a season-low 58 yards on 17 carries while losing a fumble. Baltimore's defence allows 22 ppg, 15th in the league, a number that doesn't inspire confidence against a rested Bengals offence.
The Cincinnati side
Cincinnati is 3-2 and used its bye to get healthy, and Joe Burrow has passed for 1,361 yards, 11 touchdowns and three interceptions. Chase and Higgins have combined for 54 catches and 712 receiving yards, and Cincinnati converts 50.0% of its third downs, second in the NFL. Chase Brown hasn't been explosive on the ground, but a 31-24 win over Miami before the bye showed this offence can win through the air without a heavy run game. The Bengals' defence ranks 14th in points allowed (21.8 ppg), hardly elite, but it only needs to beat a Ravens offence starting a backup quarterback.
Baltimore Ravens vs Cincinnati Bengals Prediction
The de-vigged number makes Baltimore a 58% favourite off Bet365's own moneyline, but I land closer to 51%-49% for Cincinnati. The gap isn't about talent, it's about who's actually healthy at quarterback, and I think the market is still pricing in a healthier Lamar Jackson than what's on the field this week. Last season these teams split the two matchups with each winning on the road, so the Bengals are familiar with leaving Baltimore with a W.

My Exact Score Prediction: Cincinnati Bengals 24, Baltimore Ravens 23
I think Cincinnati finishes this one on top. Huntley's limited track record as a starter makes one more defensive stop decisive, and I expect Cincinnati to get it late. The total lands at 47, four points under the posted number, closer to a field-goal margin than a shootout either way. My call is the Bengals to win outright and cover the +3 spread.

Atlanta Falcons vs San Francisco 49ers: NFL Predictions, Odds & Picks | Week 7
San Francisco carries a perfect 6-0 record into Atlanta on Sunday, a visit that finds the Falcons still searching for a home win this season at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. That split sets up one of the clearer lines on this week's board.

New Orleans Saints vs Pittsburgh Steelers: NFL Predictions, Odds & Picks | Week 7
The Pittsburgh Steelers face the New Orleans Saints in Paris for a Week 7 matchup, with a healthy Steelers team at 4-2 meeting a Saints side at 2-4 that has allowed 29.7 points a game, which is second-to-last in the league.

Chicago Bears vs New England Patriots: NFL Predictions, Odds & Picks | Week 7
The Chicago Bears host the New England Patriots on Thursday night at Soldier Field in a Week 7 clash between two teams both sitting at 4-2, each working on the same short week of rest.

San Francisco 49ers vs Washington Commanders: NFL Predictions, Odds & Picks | Week 6
San Francisco's unbeaten start runs into a Washington team still searching for its first road win this season, with the 49ers' offence and defence both ranked top three against a Commanders side that has not found consistency on either side of the ball.
